Flex-e is designed to be a comprehensive e-learning tool for managers on workplace flexibility. Flex-e is a one hour interactive programme comprising three short modules including organisation; and engaging videos, audio and activities.

    1.  statement of support from your CEO;     2.  examples of workplace flexibility across your organisation; and     3.  links to your policies and contacts.

Learning Management System Reports

Flex-e is SCORM 1.2 compliant. Quarterly reports can be generated to track usage and completion rates.

Charges and fees

The cost of Flex-e is based on the total number of managers in your organisation. Flex-e can be licensed on a per manager or per organisation basis, for a period of 12 months. Details of fees can be discussed with Aequus Partners.

Inclusions

Included in the cost is some customisation, namely the addition of your logo as well as a statement from the CEO, examples of workplace flexibility from within your organisation and links to internal policies and contacts.

Customisation

Charges will be applied for significant changes to the text, graphics, audio or videos.

Support

Aequus Partners provides an additional email advice service for managers who have queries about implementing flexible work practices.

Hosting

An annual licensing fee (payable in advance) will be negotiated depending on participant numbers and hosting provisions.

Upgrade fee

Flex-e will be upgraded annually. When the upgrade is generated by Aequus Partners it will be complimentary. However, upgrades at your request will incur charges.

Security

Flex-e users are provided with individual login details to ensure security.
